Gary, The pelicans are fabulous. Loved seeing the paddlers in the background. And the baby pelicans up close and personal.

I enjoyed your fast prime section. of all my lenses, my favorite is my 50m 1.8 stubby manual. it goes everywhere with me. of course the 1.2 on my old leica is kinda nice too!!!

I found your site after reading your comments on dpreview about sports shooting with a Canon 5D. Like you, I'd probably get a Canon 1DMkIII if my income depended on it. Unlike you, I can't make such terrific photographs! I hope to improve after carefully studying yours.
